O Cais Coworking tinha dificuldades – especialmente nas visitações de interessados em conhecer melhor o ambiente - em mostrar todos os benefícios de se trabalhar num espaço como o coworking. O desafio proposto foi o de centralizar todas as informações referentes ao local com clareza para que os interessados tivessem algo concreto para balizar sua decisão.
Cais Coworking had difficulties - especially in the visits of those interested in getting to know the environment better - in showing all the benefits of working in a space like coworking. The challenge was to centralize all the information about the place with clarity so that the stakeholders had something concrete to mark their decision.

Para solucionar o problema apresentado pelo Cais Coworking, optou-se por um caminho objetivo e pontual: o de um folder com todos os benefícios que uma empresa teria ao embarcar no Cais. Para tornar mais atrativo o material, foram utilizadas fotos profissionais do coworking e textos complementares detalhando toda a estrutura. Além disso, os ícones usados no conteúdo facilitaram a visualização e compreensão dos serviços ofertados no Cais.
To solve the problem presented by the Cais Coworking, we opted for an objective and punctual way: that of a folder with all the benefits that a company would have when embarking on the Cais. To make the material more attractive, we used professional coworking photos and complementary texts detailing the whole structure. In addition, the icons used in the content facilitated the visualization and understanding of the services offered in the Cais.
